Know what your store really made,
without a spreadsheet
TallyHelm pulls in orders, payouts, refunds, platform fees and supplier costs, categorizes every transaction, reconciles what the platforms paid you, and closes each month with a profit and loss you can hand to your accountant.
Built for WooCommerce, Shopify, Stripe and PayPal sellers. It does not file taxes.
Online store money arrives in a hundred small pieces
Orders, refunds, payment fees, platform fees, shipping and print on demand costs land in different places on different days. General bookkeeping tools treat them as noise, and a bookkeeper who untangles them costs hundreds a month.
What TallyHelm does
Every source in one ledger
Orders and refunds from your store, fees and payouts from Stripe and PayPal, and costs from suppliers such as Printful, matched to the same order.
Categorized automatically
Each transaction is categorized as it arrives. Anything the AI is unsure about waits in a review list instead of being booked silently.
Payouts reconciled
What each platform says it paid is checked against what the orders add up to, so missing fees or payouts show up the same week.
A month your accountant can use
Profit and loss, cash flow and the full ledger export to CSV at month end, after the review list is cleared.
Every order, fee and refund in one ledger. A month closed without the spreadsheet.

- Step 3
Close the month
Read your profit and loss and send the export to your accountant.

- No tax filing or adviceYour accountant stays in charge of taxes.
- Credentials kept encryptedTokens live in a secrets manager, never in code or logs.

Questions
Which sales channels does it connect to?
WooCommerce, Shopify, Stripe and PayPal first, with print on demand suppliers such as Printful for cost of goods. Bank feeds come later.
Does TallyHelm file my taxes?
No. TallyHelm keeps your books and prepares exports your accountant can use. It does not file taxes or give tax advice.
What if a transaction is categorized wrong?
Transactions the AI is unsure about go to a review list instead of being booked silently, and the month is not closed until that list is empty.
How are my credentials stored?
Store and payment tokens are kept in an encrypted secrets manager, never in application code or logs, and you can disconnect any source at any time.
Can my accountant use it?
Yes. Monthly profit and loss, cash flow and the full transaction ledger export to CSV, ready to hand over.
